Christine comes to us with 30 years in the real estate industry as an appraiser. She has recently decided to jump over to Residential resale where she can have a more hands on face to face relationship with clients in helping them find their perfect home or that great investment property.

 

Christine loves anything to do with the outdoors. She also loves to spend time gardening, taking pictures and reading.

 

We are very excited to have Christine join our team here at Sellstate Realty First as she will bring a wealth of knowledge to the office.

Kelle comes to us with 7 years in the real estate industry and works primarily in the residential resale field. Her specialty is working with buyers, walking them through all the twists and turns to provide them guidance along the way. Kelle loves that real estate is never the same thing twice; every transaction is different and challenging which makes it very exciting.

 

Kelle enjoys spending time with her family when she is not working with buyers. She also enjoys cooking, decorating, horses and footballs games.

We would like to welcome Stephen Thompson to our Sellstate Realty First Family.

Stephen comes to us with 6 years in the real estate industry and works primarily in the residential resale field. In the past he has also handled loan transaction for clients, but prefers the real estate side of things.

 

After graduating from college Stephen embarked on a successful career in the airline retail industry and financial industry. He has lived in many major cities due to his career field.

 

In 2004 he started his tax accounting service and obtained his real estate, blending personal finances with real estate was a very logical fit. He enjoys being able to handle a complete transaction form listing/purchase to close of escrow utilizing learned skills and resources.

Rick comes to us with 4 years in the real estate industry and works primarily in the residential resale field. Rick says that as a lifelong business man finding the ideal home for his family and now others is a wonderful way to fulfill the dream of homeownership for many. He enjoys the process of helping buyers to understand the step by step details of the buying process.

 

Rick resides in Rancho Murieta and enjoys the golf course retirement community. He takes part in many of the community activities and really enjoys helping improving the community and our country by getting involved where ever he can.

Becky has been licensed since 2003; she loves the real estate industry. She has formed very strong relationships with her clients of the past years and loves to keep in touch with them even after the transaction is closed. She enjoys helping the first time home buyer in their pursuit of the American Dream!!!

When Becky is not working she enjoys spending time with her children, Ashleigh, Adam and Alexi. She enjoys reading, traveling, spending time at the ocean, Scuba diving and watching movies.

Becky says she took a two year break recently from real estate to do web development – she hated it!!! So she says “I am back and ready to touch base with all my past clients out there”…

Sue is a dedicated, personal service oriented real estate agent with nearly six years of experience. Her interpersonal communication skills learned from a more than twenty year career as a professional dental hygienist benefits her relationship-building style of real estate client representation. Her dedication to provide the best client representation available has led to the pursuit of specialized training and certification as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, an Eco Broker, a NAR Green Designation, and a Graduate Real Estate Institute designation.

 

In her off hours, Sue enjoys time with her family, and she brings that perspective to bear in representing her clients in home purchases. She also enjoys golf, shopping, fine wine and baking.

 

Sue decided to come to Sellstate Realty First because of the Education, Support and positive learning. She also says she loves the vibrant office environment.
