Please help us in welcoming Phyllis Haupert to our Sellstate Realty First Family.

Phyllis grew up in Half Moon Bay CA. Joined the Navy after high school. For two of those years, she was stationed in NC with the Marines. She got her L.V.N license while she was in the military and worked there in the nursing field along with massage therapy for 10 years. When her two older kids were little, she worked in her family's restaurant in Half Moon Bay. When the restaurant closed, she went into graphic design for a few years. She moved to Roseville after that and got her real estate license. She sold a few homes, but needed a regular income to support her youngest child. She went back to school and got her Business Administration degree. She is not back in Real Estate and ready to devote herself full time to real estate with the help of Sellstate Realty First. She is very excited to work with Dianne Slutsky who referred her to Sellstate Realty First to fulfill her dreams of making a better life for herself and her youngest son Charlie.

Please help us in welcoming back Holly Williams to our Sellstate Realty First Family.

As a listing agent Holly markets aggressively and strives for the best results possible for her sellers.  And whether representing her buyers on a higher end property or helping first time home buyers, Holly enjoys helping her clients negotiate this difficult market to realize their dreams.  

When Holly is not working her favorite thing to do is spend time with her pound dog rescue, Casey, and her husband, Mark, a radio talk show host, author and Co Vice-Chairman for the political action committee Our County Deserves Better. She also loves to travel which included a 2005 trip to Iraq with other radio talk show hosts and documentary film makers.  She produced her husband's radio show from the war earning them 2 Mark Twain awards and 2 Peninsula Press Club Awards.  Before becoming a realtor, Holly was a professional musician (singer/bass player) performing on the east coast.

Holly lives with her husband, Mark, Dog, Casey and their rescue cat, Chinook, in Placer County.

Tony is a brand new agent, he just recently passed his test and has decided to join Sellstate Realty First and take advantage of the mentorship program. He will be working directly with Cera Hinkey to learn all aspects of marketing yourself to build your database of clients and the process of representing a seller and/or buyer in the sale or purchase of their home.

In his spare time Tony spends as much time possible with his 5 year old son Leith. He also enjoys snowboarding, swimming and hiking.

Rich has been in real estate since 1992. He has worked with investment buyers, first time buyers, has worked with sellers to sell their current home and move up to something bigger and has helped negotiate short sales.
