Our History

Joe Crespillo has been in the Real Estate Industry since 1977. With his partner, Marguerite, they have over 50 years combined experience. You can see they are in it for the long term. Joe & Marguerite understand the thoughts and feelings of Realtors and Loan Officers.

In the past, Joe & Marguerite have experienced working for a company or under a broker where 50% or more of the commissions that they generated went to the company/broker. In some cases, as much as 70% of the total commission went to the company. Even in cases where the transaction was self-generated, the same commission split applied.
